CapStack · Broker network

Bring the right apartment inventory into focus.

A structured place for multifamily brokers to share coverage, source context, and 15+ unit property opportunities with a reviewable record.

Built for a scalable acquisition entry point — not a promise of demand, financing, returns, or guaranteed deals.

Why participate

A better handoff for broker-sourced context.

CapStack is building a credible, source-transparent network layer around the work brokers already do.

01

Structure your sourcing

Keep territories, multifamily focus, source details, and follow-up context legible to the operating team.

02

Make coverage visible

Share where you work and what you know best without treating a profile as proof of any property claim.

03

Build a reviewable path

New applicants enter an internal profile workflow; property submissions remain separately reviewed evidence records.

Coverage + fit

Focused on multifamily, 15+ units.

Tell us the territories where you source and the property profile you understand. We welcome state, metro, county, regional, and postal coverage descriptions.

Inventory can be current or in an early sourcing conversation, but it must be described honestly and routed through the existing intake and review workflow.

Evidence standard

Source first. Date it. Keep the unknowns visible.

A broker profile describes the relationship. It does not verify property facts. Every inventory submission carries its own evidence status.

When you submit inventory, the existing form asks for the source type, source or broker label, source date, availability or direct-investment path, and value-add support. A submission begins as unverified and unknown until the review workflow changes that state.

Broker verification, when it happens, is a separate network decision. It does not validate a listing, underwriting, availability, value-add claim, or investment outcome.

Verified

Reviewed against the applicable record or supporting source.

Estimated

A directional figure or claim that still needs appropriate support.

Unknown

Not supplied or not established. It is never silently promoted.

What happens next

One network application. Two review tracks.

01Apply with your coverage

Share your contact details, territories, and multifamily focus with permission to follow up.

02Complete profile onboarding

After review, the team may connect you to an existing platform account and broker profile workflow.

03Submit inventory separately

Use the inventory form for 15+ unit properties and include the source and evidence context requested.

Clear boundary: an application is not a broker profile; a broker profile is not broker verification; broker verification is not property evidence; and an unreviewed submission is not investment-grade.

Tell us how to reach you and where you source. We’ll use this application only to review the network fit and follow up with your permission.

Your contact details stay in the protected review queue and are not published on the public page.

Submitting does not create a broker account, publish inventory, verify property facts, or promise financing, returns, investor demand, or a transaction.
